What is the Refund Policy of SiegPath?

SiegPath offers a refund option if SiegAI™ functionality and the simulated evaluation have not been initiated within 7 days of registration. This allows you to freely evaluate our platform and services before making a commitment. If you request a refund within this period, your access to SiegAcademy™ and SiegAI™ will be revoked, and the simulated training environment will be disabled on your dashboard.

Once you activate SiegAI™ or begin the simulated evaluation, your account fees become non-refundable. Additionally, refund requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible. This policy ensures fairness and maintains a balanced trading environment for all users.
